We were visiting Lewes from Virginia and stopped by this week on two separate days to look at frames. Everyone was very nice both days (and I got to meet Penny - ❤️). However, I never got the chance to purchase the frames I wanted because their employee gave me incorrect information about my insurance plan. Absolutely everything they told me was wrong, which I verified with my insurance while still at their office. After finding out I could purchase the frames using my insurance (which they told me I couldn’t do) and ready to do so, the woman helping me couldn’t sell them to me because she was new and didn’t know how to do the sale (!). After waiting some time for someone to help her I had to leave (I was there for 30+ minutes). I told her I still want the frames and we could do the transaction over phone, but that I expected them to mail them to me free of charge because this fiasco was entirely their fault. She understood and apologized but still couldn’t help me, so I left. I later got a call from a gentleman who was very apologetic but who declined to mail the frames free because they “don’t do that.” I told him I would be back in October and he said “maybe they’ll still be here.” Never have I ever……

Just called in and spoke with Todd. I wanted to verify that they could take advantage of my vision benefits. He was unprofessional, and at one point, I wanted to clarify that I had my member ID for my vision benefits, but he said, "Oh my god," under his breath. I paused and ended the call there. I called at 2:04 PM 05/06/25, So disrespectful. Edit: Not calling Todd back, he clearly did not want to help me the first time. I was floored to hear his response. When he made his comment, I politely said thanks and ended the call. It said the call was recorded, which is why I left the time and date. Listen to the recording yourself, then fire that disrespectful employee who is costing you customers.

Dr. Grifasi is simply outstanding! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and spot on with his diagnoses, but he's also one of the nicest individuals! His genuine kindness and expertise make every visit a pleasure. If you're searching for top-notch eye care from a truly exceptional doctor, look no further than Dr. Grifasi! He goes above and beyond to ensure his patients receive the best care possible, and I can't recommend him highly enough!
