I have asked the doctor to please call me to discuss the prescription for glasses he gave me, which is incorrect and I’m looking to get it corrected. The staff refuses to ask the doctor to call me, or the doctor himself refuses to call to discuss, but instead transfers me to others that only put me into voicemail. I have left voicemails over and over for someone to please call me, but still two weeks later, no one returns a call. This is not proper patient care. Hoping this gets the message across to address this issue.

I tried to talk with someone regarding an appointment but got a virtual assistant. Kept asking me personal information when I asked for a live agent. AI is not the best first impression of this place.

What a great experience! Never have I been in a Dr office where I felt like I was treated with velvet gloves. The minute I walked in the door and seeing all the people waiting I thought I was going to be there for a while. However this was not the case because they were on it, I was greeted by front office personnel to fill out the initial paperwork and get insurance info. When we were done she directed me to the waiting area and literally before I could sit was called back. The eye exam started kinda in the hallway on one machine, then was brought into an exam room for more testing on a different machine and dilation drops were put in my eyes. Once those were installed I was sent back to waiting area to wait for the drops to activate. Again I no sooner sat down as was called back into an exam room. Met Dr Simone for first time he was very thorough in explaining the process checked my eyes told me what he was looking for. He explained my updated prescription and thanked me for coming in. Can’t say enough about this experience thank you Dr Simone and team!

Terrible eye care. Says that he knows what he is doing but my sight is worst than before I ever saw him. He took almost $2000 of my money and he doesn't care about my sight. I am very disappointed with him and his lack of concern about my situation. I am now having other doctors try and help me with my sight. He ran out of the room when I wanted an explanation and help. I am out almost $2000 of self pay when standard lens for my eyes would have left me with better eye sight. He kept saying my sight is better but neither I or the specialty doctors agree with him. Eye sight does not improve when stigmatism is made worst. Update is that the lens can't be switched out so I am not happy with his poor service.
