LINDSAY FROM SAM'S CLUB OPTICAL IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! You could not ask for more first class quality of service and professionalism than what Lindsay provides to customers as myself (and I am sure countless others). Her attention to details is unbeatable. I have been a Sam's Club member for a few years now, but still haven't used the Optical group's services. Once I finally did, my mother and I were speechless by Lindsay's level of phenomenal care and expertise; on top of that - she was incredibly courteous to my mother as well. That is why I am truly appreciative for the great recommendations, insights, and understanding for the questions my mother and I had which Lindsay graciously answered, solved, and recommended for us. Lindsay was incredibly engaging, empathetic and strived to make any work that needs to be done as convenient for us as possible. She spent 2 days to answer questions for my mother and I, to finding the best pairs that matched her needs. That is why my mother and I feel so blessed because we have never received such phenomenal care and knowledgeable service before. Lindsay exemplifies class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience.
