They told me they accepted insurance took my information ran it and realized they couldn’t run my insurance (spectera) then charged me for an eye exam. It was too late by then so I paid their $90 exam fee. A few weeks later apparently they were still running my insurance and called to try to spring another charge on me, for the same eye exam I paid for. Now I’m not a business owner but I keep my receipts, so it made me wonder. DO NOT let them scam you too. The actual optometrist was very informative, guys at the front desk though I’d think it is highly likely they’re running a scam. I went to Lens Crafters and got my kids taken care of. It was easy and simple. Do not recommend. If you for some reason have no options double check your insurance and be thorough, don’t expect the guy who runs the shop to be friendly, talkative, or even pleasant to be around. Which would not be a problem if they didn’t try to back door you like that. My reviews are rarely bad nor do I nitpick, this place Zero Stars.

The entire staff was very welcoming and so helpful. I walked in with a friend and we were there for hours. The staff were friendly and so patient with us. They were helping us find frames that best suited us. The gentleman gave us such a great deal, we both ended up buying two pairs. I was really happy with my purchase.
Not the service I was expecting. Went in on January to get my new prescription for glasses and possibly contacts. I was told I shouldn’t wear contacts I should just wear glasses since it’s better for the eyes. After letting them know it’s not what they want it’s what I feel like is best for me, they “ordered samples” so I can try out the different once they offer which okay great. Till this day they have not reached out what’s so ever about the contact lenses. Also. My prescription is all wrong as well. Went elsewhere and got the correct prescription. Definitely not coming back to this place.
Vanity urged me to get new glasses so I went to Site for Sore Eyes to look at frames. They have a large selection, all brands and styles. I spent over an hour trying on different frames. The gentleman running the store, Kelly, was very patient and allowed me to help myself and narrow down my choices then kindly put away the ones I discarded. I then scheduled an appointment for the eye exam later that week. The next day I was notified of a cancellation that day and I went for the exam. It was a fine experience, I was given plenty of information regarding the exam and the state of my vision, including the fact I didn’t realize my eye site had changed. I ordered the glasses and received them 5 days later. The service I received was exceptional. Due to an issue with my bank/ new debit card I was forced to leave the store twice to get cash at atm for payment. They were gracious nonetheless. I recommend Site for Sore Eyes and will be back.
Kelly has always been nothing short of exceptional. I have been a customer since last July, and he always makes reordering contacts a breeze. He gives an accurate timeline and communicates very well if anything doesn't go according to plan. I can see properly for the first time in years after an eye exam where I finally didn't feel rushed. I was supposed to pick up my order yesterday but came down with a virus, and he's accommodating my dad being able to pick it up for me, as well as including my perscription for me so I can keep track of my eyesight degrading. Thank you Kelly, I really appreciate the great customer service and compassion.
