I had such a good experience here! I have a very difficult time finding glasses that don't look bad on me. I've used Target, Kaiser, and Costco in the past and even though I always picked the best ones I could find, I was never happy with the glasses I ended up with. The selection here far surpasses the others. I couldn't believe how many options I had to choose from! The customer service was amazing and my glasses arrived in less than a week. Which was much appreciated considering my old glasses were broken. I love my new glasses. Thank you to everyone at SFSE! 🤓😎

Best optometrist, best opticians, best optical lab products in the Sacramento area! The optometrist, Dr. Rebecca Bui Van, is the best optometrist I have ever run into. I have seen many optometrists over the years, and Rebecca is the friendliest, most knowledegable, most caring one that I have ever worked with. She has been able to handle many different issues for me with great solutions that often keep my corrected vision almost better than 20/20. The two opticians that I usually work with are Ashley and Trisha. They are very friendly and very caring while being the most capable opticians that I have worked with. They use Zeiss as their optical lab, yes the same Zeiss named on many high end optical products such as camera lenses. With a superior optometrist, superior opticians, and using a great lab, they are able to fit prescriptions or lens sizes that other major chains cannot. The store environment is well appointed and comfortable. Another excellent visit for me and my daughter! Best customer service and quality! Ashley, Tricia, and Benny are the optical experts!

Holly was so helpful! I love coming in here because everything is always clean and everyone is constantly helpful and knowledgeable. I have been coming in for about 15 years with different family members weekends and week days They politely encourage you toward the glasses that look the best on YOU, your style and specific needs. I needed the progressives that help me for driving, computer and reading all in one.

I have a pair of unusually constructed European titanium frames which 2 opticians were not able to fix. Ashley took it on as a Challenge and .... fixed them Perfectly. When I look for new frames I noticed this shop has similar stainless steel frames to those I have -- SSE will be my first stop to shop!

I have been a long time patient of Site for Sore Eyes in Folsom and brought a friend with me to do her eyewear shopping there too. The optician staff/associates are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! Always helpful when shopping. Always helpful when pricing out items. Always great with adjustments. I’ve never been disappointed by their office staff and the professionalism they offer. These are the sunglasses I got and LOVE THEM.
