TLDR: amazing service even for non-customer I had scheduled an appointment online and came by to check if they took my insurance. The staff was super friendly and helped look up my insurance and even though I was out of network, they still helped me check my options and even referred me to someone nearby who took my insurance. A+ service
As far as I'm concerned this eyewear shop was one of the stand out service experiences of my numerous travels to the US. I needed glasses for long distance within about 18hours. Not only was it easy, the pricing and quality of the glasses I received was outstanding. Becky deserves particular thanks. She is a superstar and very friendly and caring. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing speedy service. Bravo!
Back again for my eye exam and as always so impressed! Dr. Jennifer Wong is SO gentle and so knowledgeable. I really hate getting my eyes checked and she makes it so easy. No puff test! She takes the time to answer all your questions and really cares about her patients. Rowena and Angel are also amazing. Rowena did everything she could to get me the best price on my contacts! Then there’s Becky! Becky bent over backwards to work with my insurance confusion and help me with my appointments. She’s so positive and gracious I told Dr. Wong id steal her for myself!
Absolute best service! Nicest people work here. I actually look forward to my eye appointments (because of how good the service is) and recommend everyone I know to come here.
Such a lovely visit and eye exam today! Dr. Jennifer Wong is an expert, clearly explained to me my eye results, and gave me very useful tips to prevent scratching the coating on my glasses (did you know you’re not supposed to clean them with hot water or with your shirt?). Becky patiently helped me compare two different insurance plans and Tess helped me calculate the best way to use my benefits. They also recycle contact lenses here!!
