Dr. Yun and her technician, Calvin, were both fantastic. Calvin was incredibly kind every time I visited. I ended up going twice myself and once for my daughter, who got her first pair of glasses. I initially went because I needed night-driving glasses, and they were the only office in the area that offered the specific ones I wanted. The experience was so positive that I returned again. I was able to update my prescription in my existing frames, and was not charged a crazy fee for not buying new frames from them. Calvin was especially helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy about sales. In fact, he even gave me a generous discount for placing multiple orders. The turnaround time was quick, communication was excellent, and Calvin was very personable, on top of everything and easy to work with. Exceptional service all around. They really are the BEST.
