Today was my first visit. From being greeted by Sarah at reception to Yuilianna taking me back for my initial evaluation, everyone was so personable & genuine. Dr. Daigle took time to explain and answer any concerns or questions I had. This place runs on team work and that is evident. Dr. Daigle then led me to Melissa. She explained to me that Melissa, who is educated in this profession, brings her comfort to know she is leaving her patients in good hands. Her room is filled with eyewear. Melissa made it fun to pick out frames. Her knowledge has definitely made a difference in my choosing of eyewear, which I have struggled with in the past. Within 30 minutes, we had frames picked out. If your insurance isn’t the best they work with you financially. I’m excited to pick up my new glasses and will leave a follow up review after getting them. Had a great experience with Dr. Daigle! The staff were amazing. Sarah is kind and thorough. Melissa does extensive and exact analysis which makes me feel very comfortable. The tech, Bryanna was so kind and professional!

I moved to RI from Worcester for college, and whenever I have a glasses emergency I come here. I get treated with such kindness and respect even though I’m not a patient here. If it’s a loose screw or a missing nose pad, the staff always fix it quickly which is very helpful because it helps me focus more on my school work and helps me spend less time worrying about going back to MA and making an appointment to have them repaired. I appreciate all the staff and doctors here so much. It is so beneficial to me to have a good glasses place so close to school

I moved recently and still take the trip to this office. Sarah is amazing! Always goes the extra mile to help. Amazing communication. Dr. Daigle is so passionate about her job and a great teacher! The Opticians are wonderful! I could go on and on and on. Everything is efficient. Always clean. Easy to get to location. Definitely 5 star😍

Dr. Daygle has a great bedside manner, gave me the most through eye exam I ever had in my 69 years of my life. From Donna at the front desk, to Lili the doctors assistant and Melissa the optician are all perfectionist who also have a great demeanor. I would highly recommend anyone to do business here. I am a forever patient and am grateful for this phenomenal experience.
