The staff & Dr. D are absolutely amazing! The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient in explaining everything he was doing during the exam. This was my first experience with having to get glasses and everyone was so helpful I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!
Love this place! They helped me repair my favorite pair of frames another store said were goners, and made the process of updating my lenses super easy. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth here. Highly recommend 💕
Dr. Dondiego and his staff is second to none!!!! His staff is very attentive, friendly, polite and helpful, dondiego himself is very kind professional and such an amazing eye doctor as well, he always treats all his clients like his own family! Just received a yearly first time visit with Dr. Dondiego. I advise not to look any further. This is a true review. I have been going to a popular respected doctor who recently merged with another office. Unfortunately, i was dissatisfied with front staff and getting timely prescriptions. It has turned into one of those mills. I Requested 2x and waited over four months never receiving the prescription to get the glasses! Also that office never sent my prescriptions for an eye gel to the pharmacy. So I decided to use my vision insurance 2 try Another optician. This is a place that accepts that insurance. I felt this eye exam was so much more thorough and the Dr is quite pleasant.
