Great experience overall, the team was very polite, professional and nice from the moment I walked in to the moment I said good bye. The exam was easy and I was made really comfortable, I was explained in detail every step taken. Definitely a great place to go for your eye exam, a wide range of choices for frames as well. The place was easy to find too.
Everyone is always so helpful but today especially, they went out of their way to accommodate my husband who was having an issue with his sunglasses. They tested his prescription glasses against the records and everything was correct but he was still seeing blurry. The doctor squeezed him in and tested him and his prescription did change within the past 6 months. We got his glasses & sunglasses corrected! What great customer service by all the staff!!!
Very nice office/location with convenient parking. The Staff were very accommodating. The Doctor was very Polite and Caring. I was in and out within an hour for my first time visit!
My first time being seen at this optometry was great. I arrived earlier than my appointment while everyone was out to lunch and 2 of the employees were very nice about it allowing me to wait. Dr. Mirone is professional and amazing at what he does. I felt very comfortable the environment is exactly what you are looking for if you prefer a clean establishment, respectable employees, & quick service.
The doctor was very professional, she explained and made the appointment a relaxed visit. My whole family loved the services we got here.
