I walked in with the intention of making an appointment for later but the doctor was in and there was no wait time. So, I gave them my insurance information and saw the technician and doctor within 15 minutes. I had my eyes photographed with a new scanner for a more comprehensive look along with the basic eye tests. Everyone from the front office staff to Dr. Chen were great. My results were better than I hoped-- my eyes are fine. They will be my new optometrist location for the foreseeable future.

One of the best experiences overall getting a new pair of glasses. Everyone was nice and the optometrist was extra careful and scheduled me for another appointment to make sure there was nothing wrong with my vision. My glasses were ready very quickly too and the manager was beyond helpful. Amazing selection of glasses as well.

I’m sure this was unintentional since they seem very nice but ughhh I wish they would’ve told me that the wait time was an hour (I had an appointment at 11:30 and they checked my insurance at 12:30). And then found out I was out of network. So I wish they 1. Told me the wait time 2. Checked my insurance earlier Hopefully they were just having an off day!
