Horrible service. You will get recycled/used frames. This is a hostile environment. I never felt welcome and the employees don't smile or are nice. They just don't deliver the care for the patient. I work in the health care department and I don't know how this office has 4.7 stars. The 2 stars are for the Dr. Who saw me but the rest of my experience is 0 stars. Clearly the staff members are miserable and hate their job. First you are pressure to buy their frames right after the eye exam, then nothing is explained to you. Then you get recycled or used frames. I demanded to get what I paid for and the guy whom is supposed to take care of the replacement never called me back to take care of this matter. I personally went to the office just to be told that the frame that was given to me is discontinued and I cannot return it. Now I have to choose a new pair of glasses and have to pay more money. Please do not give your patients used frames, we will notice that. This is a huge disappointment and disadvantage to your business. Be fair and give your patients what they paid for. In addition, I asked for the office manager number and it was denied. I don't reccoment this office or going back ever again. Below are the pics of the letter fading away on the glasses and all the scratches

I'm not sure how this clinic has a 4.7 star rating but aren't we supposed to get the prescription AFTER the visit? My wife had been going back and forth with these people and still they WON'T even bother to give the damn prescription to her. Wow. Why do we even have to do a follow up appointment?? For what? EDIT: Everything has been sorted out. Wife got the prescription and was able to order her contacts with them. I really wish i didn’t have to leave a 1-star review just to shake things up.
I have gone to Solano Eye Care for at least 5 years now and the quality of service is always the same, 5 stars!
I recently retired and relocated and am happy I found Solano Eye Care. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Marisol set my first appointment and answered all my questions. She helped me forward the film from my former eye care provider in SoCal. I felt welcomed from the start. Dr. Mackenzie was wonderful. Competent, caring, and amazingly efficient. I left my first appointment confident I was receiving the best of care for now and in the future. While the office is well equipped with all the modern scanning technology, what impressed me more was the focus on good old fashioned customer service.
Dr. Anzalone is absolutely amazing. I wouldn't be able to praise her enough in a single review. I've rarely experienced her level of patient care from a physician. I had a complicated case due to keratoconus, and she went above and beyond to find contact lenses that would work for me (including sclerals). I feel lucky to have her as my eye doctor. :)
