Transplant from OH and have always used the 800lb gorilla for my eye care. Fiancé suggested SoLo and what a wonderful surprise. Great customer service. Truly a customer obsessed culture. I never once felt like a number. Dr. Pappas truly has built something special. Great selection of frames and extremely knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend SoLo Eyewear.
Dr Kasia helped me with dry eyes when I had been to multiple other doctors who didn’t recognize my root problem. She is thorough, patient, and makes sure the patient understands the path forward. Also, great selection of frames. Highly recommend!!
I’ve been going to SOLO EYE CARE for quite some time now and I really appreciate the phenomenal service I’ve received and the expertise of the doctors. Julia does a great job of customer service at the front desk and being really responsive if I have any needs to address before my appointment. I see Dr. Sclafani and I have been a patient of hers for over 20 years. She is well-versed in the type of eye treatment I need as well as the lenses that will work best for my needs. It is because of her that I have some of the best vision of my life. There have been a few times I’ve had to see another doctor in the practice and they have all been great in their practice of care. Overall, I would definitely recommend SOLO EYE CARE to anyone needing exceptional eye care.
The best team!! Not only was everyone so professional and efficient, from setting my appointment to the exam and then frame shopping (I shopped a lot lolol), they were SO friendly and funny and kind! I was never upsold anything, and they even asked me if I wanted to buy lenses at all seeing how my prescription was so light. As a ND person afraid of all doctors and appointments, they’ve got themselves a loyal customer for as long as I live in Chicago. Thank you SoLo team!! 🥰🤓
My daughter’s and I experience as first time patrons was excellent. Everyone in the office was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office setting was beautiful and innovative. Their selection of eyewear frames are superb. They carry designer frames such as Chanel and Cartier with a nice selection of options If you are looking for a fast but thorough eye exam from a staff of courteous and professional team. This is definitely the place to visit.
