I found Dr. Lewis' staff to be very pleasant and professional. I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Lewis. When I tell you the process was quick and seamless...I was in and out in recovery without feeling a thing! They were extremely hospitable and patient. My follow-up visit the next day was just as expected of the service I received before. I truly understand why he is in such high demand. Personally Dr. Lewis is warm and entertaining like sitting with an old friend.

Firstly, Dr. James S. Lewis at Fort Washington eye facility have a fantastic team. They are kind, courteous, and very thoughtful of my well-being during and after my surgery. My first encounter over the phone was Ms. Lauren who I believe I stressed out, I called on her cell phone to answer my questions and my concerns about scheduling and what I should do, she remain humble and kind to me. I call her one day on her day off and she took her time and talk with me remain humble. I told her I was sorry I didn’t know she was off but yet she took the time out with me. I really appreciate Lauren. What a Great team he has at Fort Washington & Township Road 8380. I met Ms. Esther, for the first time with the packet, such a beautiful young woman and I asked who was Lauren. She said I’m over here. I said to Ms. Lauren I’m sorry for bugging you the way I did she understood and also I must add on Ms. Kathaleen she just tickled me and took my little worries away. She reminded me of what time to be there and don’t forget my $ 290.00 co-pay which is very important$$. Dr. Lewis is a comforting and soothing Doctor to all his patients and it shows. I’m a 74 year-old African-American woman for the first time experiencing cataracts and having surgery. I’m just humbled to say thank you Dr. Lewis and to his fantastic team even to the beautiful people in the background to get you all set up for surgery thank you so much. It meant a lot to me. However I was nervous and panicky, but I made it through the surgery with God’s blessing and I am grateful ❤️

Always a joy to visit Dr. Lewis's office. The staff is very courteous and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis for 15+ years. Dr. Lewis is personable. He takes time to explain and relive my anxiety about surgeries/ procedures He is the best in his field. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family members.

Dr.Lewis was wonderful. He saw me as an emergency. He was so thorough, explained everything, and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and I left the office feeling that my problem had been addressed and would be resolved with the treatment plan given to me by De. Lewis.

What can I say about Dr. Lewis and his awesome staff. Dr. Lewis is a top doc. He is wonderful, informative and at the top of his field. He tells you what you need and gets it done in a very professional manner. His sense of humor is great and puts you at ease. Dr. Lewis really cares about his patients and is a really nice guy. I have had Lasik, as well as cateract surgery performed. My wife and mom in law are patients too. Your search is over, you will be in great hands.. literally!!
