The Chinese Hospital at Home is really terrible. The front desk staff is very rude and has a very bad attitude. They are indifferent. I personally think the doctor's attitude is okay. And no matter what time you make an appointment to see the doctor, you have to wait at least one to two hours. Every time I didn't wait to see the doctor, it was too late to pick up the children. I had to go home again. Then I made another appointment, came again, waited again, and went back again, back and forth! This is a very bad experience! I hope they can improve.

If there were a 0-star option, I would give it. Bad and rude service. Very bad experience today in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy department is one of the worst. After we went to the doctor we got 4 prescriptions and they told us to wait for 30mins meanwhile no one is in the pharmacy. After 30 mins no one called us and almost 10 people asked went away with prescriptions.

When I went to this Health center for my Covid-19 vaccine shots, the Nurses & one Doctor I encountered during my visit were professional and courteous. Also, I was in & out within thirty minutes for both visits.

There is unfair treatment in the adult department of the Chinese hospital. All patients are waiting in line, but their internal staff can jump the line by bringing their friends. It is very unfair.
