I had a wonderful experience today at the optical. Gaby was the absolute BEST. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. She helped me find the perfect pair and made sure everything fit perfectly. You can tell she truly cares about customers. If you’re coming here, ask for Gaby, you won’t regret it!

I am so disappointed at this place. My husband has his exam done, when he got his glasses the first time, immediately he noticed his right eye he wasn’t seeing right. He had to go back and get a second exam done and found he needed 0.25+ more to his right eye (meaning the doctor never did it correctly the first time), my husband also had added the change of color lenses for the sun (which only protects 10% of the light) I was never informed of the consequences of adding these types of material because a week later of having the glasses, the lenses started to peal off. These glasses has been a working progress since January of this year, so you can imagine the times we had to go back and forth with them. My husband and I went to another place which explained to us that these types of sun protection lenses are a plastic paper that with time it tends to crack so it’s not even offered and if they do (they inform you and instruct you of the possibilities you could be running if you choose this option) then we decided to go back and explain and how we also got a second opinion by another professional and they denied in my face that that was not problem (the manager even told IN MY FACE that my husband was at fault that he DID THAT) when he only had 1 WEEK with his glasses and even their OWN EMPLOYEES confirmed and the DOCTOR that it does tends to crack and reason why SHE DOESN’T RECOMMEND IT. Then we left the glasses for a second time to remove the paper protection and when we went to pick it up the lenses was done with the old prescription instead of the new one and the frame was loose and vented. Once again we left it for a 3rd time! We went in for the 4th time and one of the employees was kind to realize that they even used the warranty but never switched the frames when he still had the warranty and because they have worked so much on the glasses the frames were so loose it would fall of. So the employee switched the frames, it was still crooked and was asked to fix it and she literally under her breath said “omg” cause she was annoyed of having to work when those glasses weren’t free it costed $700 plus never refunded him the $50 for the lense sun protection. The staff and manager are so sarcastic and UNPROFESSIONAL! I do not recommend at all!! 0/0
