I’m leaving this review in specific regards to the billing department, Jennifer Camacho, as well as the staff and the manager, Mirtha Camacho. I came in for an emergency visit on March 25th where I was charged an out of pocket fee of $200. I quickly realized I didn’t use my insurance immediately after my card was charged and was informed that I would have to email Jennifer in billing to distribute a refund to which I sent her an email the same day. Jennifer refused to resolve my issue by distributing me a refund and even stopped responding to my emails all together regardless of my several follow up emails to her. I’ve called the office numerous times in hopes to speak to a manager or someone else who was able to help me which was absolutely pointless because 1.) the manager is NEVER in the office & 2.) the whole staff seemed so confused and said they would relay my concerns to the manager but never did. I stopped by the office this morning to speak to someone in person and was told that the manager would come in the office to speak to me but I would have to wait on her. I informed the lady in front desk that I would have to come back in the office at 2pm because that’s the times that best fit my schedule. The lady in front desk calls my phone and tells me that the manager came in and dropped off my refund in the form of a check. I’m just now leaving the office with hopes to speak to the manager in person to explain my frustration just to find out that she only dropped off the check and left. What type of customer service is that? A patient is upset that she had to wait THREE MONTHS for a refund and instead of talking to her face to face, you drop off a check with no type of apology. That is ridiculous and extremely RUDE! I asked the staff if there is a corporate office I can reach out to and everyone is sitting there stupid and confused like they don’t understand my question. This is by far the absolute WORSE service I have ever received and I will NEVER be back. I only gave this review a 1 start because at least I had a great experience with the doctor but as far as the staff??? HELL NO. I would highly encourage everyone to take their business else where because they clearly do not care about their patients!

Love Dr. Arias, do not like the receptionist Anna. Don't believe all the random reviews that seemingly love Anna, she is rude. I switched offices after a bad experience with Anna and the supervisor. It's a shame, this office has genuinely good doctors, but a nasty front desk. I would have left it at one star, but I like Dr. Arias, so I gave it a second star.

I love coming here with my children, the Doctors are Great!! Compassionate and welcoming; Ana who works at the desk is Amazing!!! She is always on top of everything and willing to help us. The minute we walk in she recognizes my children by their names and makes them feel comfortable and welcoming. I will recommend this office to any parent especially parents that has children with disabilities.

The lady who answers the phone is very rude, refuses to provide her name and just puts you on hold for a long time. The most unprofessional place I have ever come across with. She had no reason to provide to not give her name. Don’t waste your time here. Runnnnnnnnnnn … so many other places to go to. Reaching out to the BBB

On 3rd and 8th of this month, I had surgery on both of my eyes. I was shaken and a little worried about the procedure. To my satisfaction and amazement I was pleasantly pleased with the results of this mans (Dr. Boris Ovodenko) Godly hands..... He's truly a GOD send. He told me that I'd see better in time but, I'm seeing the effects of his work instantaneously. Kudos to you and your profession. Blessing on your business, life and all you undertake. I encourage all those who have eye issues to seek a professional but start with this doctor first. Kudos doc. Kudos!!!
