This review is for the optical store where they sell eyeglasses. Today I visited this vision office with my mom to ask about scheduling an appointment and helping her get a pair of glasses. We approached the front desk employee, who appeared to be Hispanic, and since it is much easier for my mom to communicate in Spanish, she spoke to her in Spanish. My mom asked if they accept Oscar insurance, and the response was extremely rude and humiliating. She simply said no in a very dismissive and disrespectful way, with no empathy at all. We decided to leave because we fully understand that a business may or may not accept certain insurances. However, what is not acceptable is the way a customer is spoken to. My mom then decided to go back and express that she did not agree with how she was treated. At that moment, the employee — reacted in a completely inappropriate way, stood up, and yelled at another customer telling them to “get out.” It was a very unpleasant scene. I returned with my baby in my arms to ask to speak with a manager, but all the employees said that no manager would be available until the next day. As a business owner and someone who works in sales, I completely understand that you cannot always say “yes” to every customer. But there is a huge difference between saying “no” respectfully and saying it in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. It is very disappointing to see a team like this, lacking basic customer service skills. A simple response like, “We don’t accept that insurance, but we do have other options we can offer you,” would have made all the difference. And to the employee who yelled at my mom and told her to “get out” in front of everyone: if you feel that disconnected or unhappy with your job, it may be time to consider a different path. This kind of behavior shows a lack of patience, professionalism, and basic respect for customers, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. They definitely need to improve their human quality, sales training, and customer service. If you are looking for glasses, I strongly recommend giving your business to a company that truly values its customers. This place does not deserve your support.

My father have been attempting to have cataract surgery by this location for the past few months. Surgery have been getting canceled several time due to lack if communication by Jaiunna Smith the Surgical Coordinator and our last interaction with her she stated it is not her responsibility to ensure that the techs in the office that she works in sends rx for surgery that she coordinated. They will never get my business again. BEWARE. RUN FROM THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE. YOU WILL GO BLIND WAITING ON THEM AND THEIR STAFF WON'T CARE.
Kai was very professional and willing to help me to find frames. I was very appreciative how step up to and showed compassion for my needs.
Great service, from the front desk to the specialist Danny who helped me get my glasses. He explained my benefits what was covered and what wasn’t. So I was able to make an informed decision. Would highly recommend
