“Good service and friendly staff. The team was helpful and welcoming during the visit. The place is a bit older, but the service and attention were very good.”

-I am a New patient of the practice and i have never been to a place where it is very rude, When you walk in the Spanish girl at the front desk do not even greet you, she was holding conversation with her co workers just avoiding the fact that i was standing there trying to ask her a question.. Also they lost my glasses in transit of shipping it to the center i am going on 3 weeks with no glasses and my vision is getting worst day by day.. I call they be rude hang up or ger nasty with me on the phone today 7/29 I've called 3xs was waiting for someone to answer the phone literally was on hold for 1 hour one time 28 mins and this last time 39 mins and 45 seconds. NEVER AGAIN
Terrible service. My grandmother had a scheduled appointment, and I called ahead to move the appointment a little later than her original time. I was told that it would be possible. When I arrived, they refused to see her because it was outside the scheduled time, even though they had confirmed they would see her. I honestly do not recommend South Florida Vision in Lantana. If they had wanted to help us, they would have done so, but they didn’t.
My spouse was referred there by our PCP. The waiting was quick; with me being in the medical field, I observed the eye drops used to dilate the eyes were a community bottle that is used on everyone; when used very close to the eye, even the paddle used to cover an eye when testing vision was not cleaned before /after each use, I consider this lack of Infection control; The Dr was the only one I observed cleaning the machines with a dry tissue between patients. She was pleasant and very thorough. We will continue seeing our ophthalmologist for future visits.
I walked in with broken glasses and these wonderful people specifically Anita Matos and Shirley Perez helped me get new glasses . Their knowledge and expertise far exceeded my expectations.
