On time, professional, and caring. Always a great experience from reception through exam and even ordering contacts. Dr. Lyons always takes extra care to ensure I not only have the best prescription, but also the right lenses for my age/stage of life.
The best eye doctor! Exceptional service from start to finish. The team is polite, quick to serve, and the exam uses great high-tech equipment. Dr. David Butler is absolutely the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to, and their lens prices are very fair. Five stars!
My entire family has been going to Eyecare Professionals for over a decade. Dr Butler is amazing and on occasion we have had to visit with other doctors who are also all incredible. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
The experience of getting a new pair of glasses was flawless. It was easy to make an appointment online. They kept you informed of your pending visit. We were taken in right on time and the eye examination was thorough. Selection process was easy and we were informed when our glasses were ready. We are very pleased with our glasses. Our eye insurance was gladly received and our overall cost was very good. The office is very comfortable and ALL staff were very friendly.
I have been a patient of Dr. Valenti's for years and I've received the best care. The front desk and check out receptionists are very professional. One time, I accidentally put my glasses in the dryer and they were able to fix them right away. Thank goodness they had the time & my glasses were repairable. Another time, I had an emergency visit because of an eye infection, and they were so thorough and efficient. They were able to get me right in. I'm so grateful to have found a great facility and doctor.
