People there are awesome. They are professional, friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They did Cataract Surgery for my husband through the VA. He had both eyes done. The surgeons are exceptional. Dr. Ross did both eyes at the surgical center in Valdosta. This 76 year old veteran now has 20/20 vision in both eyes and recovered immediately. Assume job by all his staff at both locations.

Very friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable and helpful. We had 3 separate appointments, 40 minutes apart but they took us both back at the same time and got everything done. We both really like the doctor and staff!
At first everything was great, Untill I received my glasses and they where not correct. My first appointment was June 12th, I still do not have my glasses and it is July 8th. I was told because the prescription was incorrect they would put a rush on my glasses so I would not have to wait another 2 weeks that was 3 weeks ago. I have called and text with 0 call back. The customer service is absolutely the worest. Maybe this will make someone call me to let me know where my glasses are.
Even though they were really busy, they took me back at the time of my appointment and they were very efficient. Everyone I had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Their technology is very impressive and affordable. I would highly recommend North Florida/South Georgia Eye Care to anyone.
Went to get a second opinion here. Dr. Kolisz convinced me I was not going blind as I was diagnosed by another optometrist last year. He explains whatever you want to know. The staff is wonderful! Don't know how I overlooked this place for years!
