America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I saw some bad reviews before going to America’s Best, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My experience turned out to be much better than I thought. The staff was kind, and the overall process was smooth and easy. My glasses were ready exactly when they said they would be 10 days after my appointment on the expected delivery date. They fit well, look great, and I’m happy with my purchase. I would recommend them for a quick and reliable experience.

If you even thought about spending your money with this company, you better run. Run as far away from this company as you can possibly get. What a horrible company! Try to imagine experience where everything goes wrong in the store, and you just decide that's it, I'll just deal with the company online, because they're so inept at the store. Then, the online version of this store of this company messes it up all over again. Imagine sitting there nearly 6 weeks later and you still don't have the eyeglasses that you paid for so long ago. That is the type of thing you could deal with if you spend your money with this company. Don't say you wasn't warned...

I really wish I had read the reviews before booking an appointment. My experience at America’s Best (Tifton, Ga) was terrible. First and foremost, the wait time was ridiculous. That was frustrating enough, but the biggest issue has been my glasses. My appointment was June 26, 2026 and I still don't have them. After two weeks, I called to check on the status—nothing. I called again the following week, and still nothing. Finally, yesterday (July 23, 2026) a young lady took the time to actually investigate what was going on. She discovered that my glasses had never even been sent to the lab to be made. Now school starts in a week, and I'm still without the glasses I ordered weeks ago. I appreciate the employee who took the time to figure out the problem, but this should have never happened in the first place. I definitely regret it. If you're considering making an appointment here, I'd encourage you to read the reviews first. I wish I had.

I bought Meta AI HSTN glasses with insurance here and they gave me the best price and shipped quickly. I had a horrible experience getting them at Walmart and had to refund them and instead got them here and it was the best decision I ever made the ladies here are amazing and get things done quickly.

I had such a wonderful experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, and I especially want to recognize Savanna for being absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful throughout my visit and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. She was kind, patient, attentive, and made the entire process of getting my glasses and going through my appointment feel so easy and comfortable. Savanna went above and beyond to answer my questions, help me find the right glasses, and make sure I understood everything. She was so friendly and welcoming, and you could genuinely tell that she cared about making sure I had a great experience. The optometrist appointment was also a great experience. Everyone was professional, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the eye exam. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful from start to finish. I truly appreciate the time and effort Savanna put into helping me. She is a wonderful representative of America’s Best and deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. I would absolutely recommend America’s Best to anyone looking for a great eye-care experience and excellent customer service!
