I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this Walmart Auto Care Center. I needed to get to Chicago, and one of my tires was in bad condition. I asked them to replace it with my own used spare tire that I already had with me, but they refused. Then I asked for an oil change, and they refused again, saying my vehicle is a 2026 model. After that, I asked if they could at least replace the fuel filter, but they said they could not do that either. Basically, they refused to help me with everything I asked for, even though I was trying to solve a serious safety issue before driving. I did not ask for anything unreasonable — I just needed basic auto service so I could get back on the road safely. The way I was treated made me feel ignored and unwanted as a customer. This was not just bad service — it put me in a difficult and unsafe situation. I came to Walmart expecting help from a professional auto service center, but instead I left with no help at all. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location if you need real help or urgent auto service.

I’m giving a low score on my visit today based on what is important to me; I am disabled and use a wheelchair. The condition of the accessible restroom is very important. While, I am grateful the Tifton WM has a designated accessible restroom, it was the NASTIEST I have ever been in! I didn’t want my shoes to touch my wheelchair footrests!

Complained a few months ago that I was paying for Walmart+ and they let any and everyone use the scan and go only lane. Now… it is never open. Don’t get Walmart+ folks. Scan and go sounds good until you can’t use it as designed.

They must be brilliant! They thought they'd save money with the machines so people could do it themselves. The machines suck, because they don't work right. Plus they are still paying people to literally stand around and look at their phone, talk to each other or be rude to customers. They are not stocked like they need to be and if you do find something you like, good luck finding it the next time. There are a few that do need their jobs here. Not every Walmart either. This one. The little one is way better!

Very busy location. So you spend a lot of time standing in line on check out. Even at the self-checkout there's large lines. The best way to enjoy your shopping experiences to find when the least amount of people are there I find that time to be right around 5:00 p.m.
