This was my first visit & everyone was extra nice & helpful. All the employees are just great down to earth people, I never felt rushed or left waiting for very little no. I have to wait 3 weeks for my glasses because of the lab they use but other than that they were pretty awesome! Dr Hill is the only name I remember but I was at the Madison Office yesterday from 10-12.
I have mixed emotions about my experience every time, I visit South Georgia/North Florida Eye Partners of Madison, Fl. My overall experience with Dr. Hall is great, she takes her time with you, she ask questions and she seems concerned when it comes to her patients. However I always have trouble with the receptionist upon my arrival each time. They are not as friendly as they should be, they ask you for personal information that is already gathered at the time of booking the appointment and I see and sense that they treat certain customers different. That’s an absolute turn off for me. Maybe they can find someone with the same demeanor of Dr. hill at the front desk or I’ll be changing doctors going forward!
Everyone was out standing very nice takes time with you. Takes time and helps u pick out glasses ect...Great place to go to get all u need.They.make u feel at ease for sure.Felt like Family Can't wait for my new eyes to get done.. Ty all God bless Happy Holidays
Dr. Hill and her staff were amazing. Very thorough with my exam and listened to all of my concerns. Picking out my frames was also a breeze, and they have a nice selection from several different frame companies. Scheduling an appointment was also very easy and they got me scheduled very quickly from the day I called.
I really enjoyed and appreciated the atmosphere and service at the Madison location. Dr.Hill is genuine and thorough, and really invests her time with the patient. She actually listened to my concerns and was determined to find the cause and solution. Kelly was fun to pick out frames with, very helpful and honest about each pair I tried on, and I love the pair she picked out! The entire staff was friendly, and the office was cozy, clean and inviting.
