Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The technician was thorough, explained each step of the exam, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The doctor was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and the genuine care shown during my visit. It’s refreshing to find an office where every member of the team works together to provide such exceptional care. I would like to retract my previous review. Looking back, I should have reached out to the owner directly before posting my concerns. After speaking with him, I now have a better understanding of what may have happened during my visit. As I mentioned in my original review, I had never experienced any problems before, and the service had always been good, which is why I continued returning year after year. Dr. Amin is an exceptional doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of service they receive. I appreciate that he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the situation, and address the issue personally. Thank you for your professionalism and commitment to your patients.

The staff was VERY WELCOMING! The service was very thorough, quick, and compassionate. I thought that it would be hectic with me bringing two of my kids with me for our appointments, but it was very pleasant. Thank you so much again! If we weren’t moving, we would definitely go back.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this office. Walking into my first appointment, which was my first eye doctor visit in years, I was honestly nervous and unsure of what to expect. From the very beginning, Lola and the front staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. At no point did I ever feel judged or uncomfortable about how poor my eyesight had become. Once the examination started, it became clear that the team truly knew what they were doing. They quickly identified that I had underlying issues with my eyes, and their assessment was thorough and accurate. I was diagnosed with keratoconus and learned that I would need special scleral contact lenses. Since I had never worn contacts before, I was definitely anxious about the process. However, Dr. Daya was patient, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable throughout every step. She made the process feel manageable and took the time to guide me until I became comfortable and confident. I am genuinely grateful for the care and service I received here. Being able to see clearly again has made a huge difference in my everyday life and restored a level of confidence I didn’t realize I was missing. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate care and true expertise.

Service here was top tier! Even though they were very busy, the whole team worked together so well. I got a great eye exam and my contact lens fitting was A1. Everyone was so nice, patient, and kind.
