Southcenter Eye Clinic

I seen this Ray Ban sunglasses two years ago. Today I decided to purchase it at LensCrafters. This sunglasses fits perfectly, staff greater me and asked me to help myself, without being hassled. I picked one and tried it on and they adjusted clean it. Great customer service!

During my trip to Southcenter, I stopped in at LensCrafters because I always have great customer service there. I was interested in purchasing some new glasses. Val helped me and shared her expertise. She also listened to my needs and what I was looking for. Val worked with me to keep me in the budget range I was looking for too. She made the whole experience great and also gave me options too. I bought my glasses there and will continue to shop there because they really care about their clients and want them to be completely satisfied. Thank you Val!

I came in to get my glasses fixed cause the little nose pads were pretty much worn out and one of them had fallen out. Within seconds Gina asked how can she help and before that also said thanks for coming in thua saying how can she help. I told her my minor situation and with no more than 3 minutes i had brand new nose pads which fit like a glove. Big ups to gina for being a rockstar and huge shout out to rich for being a good conversationalist and acknowledging me and seeing how he could help, while i waited to get my glasses worked on. To anyone who needs to come and get their glasses fixed or if you have any lense related questions, rich and gina are the masters of their much needed profession at the Lens Crafters at southcenter mall!!!! Good people and good conversation are hard to come by now a days!!!!

The service was… inconsistent; one associate gave me a perfectly reasonable ETA, and when I followed up, I was met with a response so pointedly passive-aggressive it felt almost instructional. As if asking a simple question had somehow overstepped. Not quite the tone one expects. The doctor, however, was exceptional; calm, attentive, and refreshingly competent. Easily the highlight; five stars, without question. The “designer” selection leans dated; heavy on logos, light on taste. Finding something modern without it announcing itself from across the room proved… unlikely. For a store positioning itself as high-end, the atmosphere feels more insistent than refined; a bit too eager, a bit too aware of your wallet. And yes, I left nearly $1K lighter on lenses alone; less out of conviction, more out of fatigue. Overall, it’s polished in theory, but the experience says otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend; unless that aesthetic is exactly your idea of style and designer lvl service.

Gina was absolutely incredible - she pulled our insurance, compared it to the prices in store, and made sure to get us the best possible deal. She also gave her honest opinion about what would look best, was patient while we reviewed all options, and went out of her way to show us every possible choice. She even let my kids use the clinic bathroom! I wish we could give her more than 5 stars! Whatever y’all are paying her, it’s not enough.
