I had my visit today and I must say it was wonderful! I was so nervous about getting my eye exam but from the moment I entered until the time I left they made me feel like family! Dr. Sharma and his staff were excellent! My exam was thorough and everything was explained to me in plain english. Miss Mary helped me pick out the most beautiful glasses, just perfect for me. She was very helpful and patient! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor. Thanks top everyone there for a fantastic visit!

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. They did a great job helping me to find a convenient time for my rescheduled appointment. Doctor Sharma is very thorough and explained everything in detail and made recommendations on optimal treatment for future visits while keeping an eye on out of pocket costs.

I LOVE my eye doctor! Everyone in this office is wonderful, from the doctor to the front desk ladies to the nurses, to the lady who helped me choose my glasses. They are down to earth, funny as everything, and they remember my name. The only (small) negative is sometimes the doctor does recommend cleaners or contacts that I know he probably gets some sort of commission on, but that's part of how he stays in business, so it's truly minor. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The treatment is truly 5 stars. LOVE THEM!

I received GREAT comprehensive care at Southern Eye Specialists! Being referred through my insurance provider, I was extremely impressed with the high quality of customer service, professionalism, and knowledge that was displayed throughout my experience: from making my appointment with their team to the actual eye exam at the office. With this being my first visit, I walked in under the circumstances where the office was short-staffed due to a couple unforeseen events, however Dr. Rohit Sharma—who was running point on his own—immediately acknowledged me, briefed me on the situation, and assured I would be serviced as soon as possible, which was comforting out the gate. The exam was thorough, where Dr. Sharma was really helpful in providing key insights about my eye health, as well as the options available in lens products to ensure optimal care moving forward. Even with my insurance coverage, he clearly explained every component on the billing, and was patient throughout the whole process. I was able to observe him give the same quality care with other patrons as well, which shows that he’s truly passionate about his practice and community. I haven’t experienced this type of excellence with any of my past optometrists, so I’m confident when I say that I have officially found a home with Southern Eye Specialists, P.C. I strongly recommend them for any of your eye health needs.

Very professional and knowledgeable practice. They adhered to Covid-19 Safety protocols. Masks must be worn by everyone and I witnessed them cleaning equipment before I used them. I also like that they spaced out appointments and there were never more than 3 clients in the waiting room at a time. We also did not have to wait more than 15 minutes before being seen or addressed. The flow of patients moved efficiently. Dr. Sharma was courteous and spent the time going over all of my options. He also explained reasoning behind his suggestions. I left extremely satisfied with the service. This was my first time coming into this office and I believe I have found the perfect vision practice for my family.
