Southglenn Eyecare

Checked in, then was forgot about for around 40 minutes. Checked with the front about 25 minutes in. Rescheduled because I didn't know how long everything was going to take once I would've got in, whenever I got in. This was my first visit. My wife had a great experience, so I'll try again one more time in two weeks. UPDATE: Second visit went great, although I still waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to get seen. I feel more comfortable going back in the future.

I have been a patient at Southglenn Eyecare for many years — since my children were little, and now they are all adults. Over that time, Dr. Pederson and his entire team have consistently provided exceptional care. Dr. Pederson is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He never rushes through my exam and always takes the time to address any questions or concerns I may have. I truly appreciate how he checks in not only about my eye health, but also about how my family is doing. That level of genuine care means so much. Each annual visit is a positive, customer-friendly experience. The staff is welcoming, organized, and attentive, which makes appointments smooth and comfortable. I always leave feeling confident that I have received superb care. I am very grateful to have such a trusted and compassionate eye care team and highly recommend Southglenn Eyecare to anyone looking for outstanding service and expertise.

I had to find a new optometrist after my insurance changed, and I chose this office because it was relatively close and not located in a mall. I went with my daughter, and honestly, we almost left—but decided to stay, thinking I might be overreacting. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve. It took three separate calls just to schedule an appointment. When we arrived, the office felt run down, with several torn and wobbly chairs in the waiting area. The selection of glasses was very limited and repetitive, another patient was even there complaining about the same issue. The exam area appeared to be more like a storage room than a proper exam space. At one point, a prisoner was brought in, and we were asked to sit nearby, which made us uncomfortable. The doctor herself was pleasant. In the end, we decided to purchase separate vision insurance and look elsewhere for care. I would not recommend this office.

Dr. Kincaid was AMAZING. I had something stuck in my eye and she was so patient and persistent in helping me! I truly appreciate her time and care for a last minute appointment.

I had cataract surgery last Thursday, and at my post op appointment with (Dr. Samantha Kincade) i had very high pressure, she caught it, called my surgeon and had me back in my surgeon's office within the hour, (Dr. William Richheimer), took care of the issue and had me back on track very quickly. Thank you both for caring for me. You're the best.
