STAY AWAY! The older lady that “assists” with picking out glasses is HOSTILE towards people of color. I went on two separate instances with both my mother and son. She deliberately said that my mom didn’t “belong” there because of the type of insurance she had. I found it interesting she used that choice of words considering my mother is a Hispanic woman. Also, she mentioned to my son that the glasses he chose were “unisex” after I specifically stated they looked like girl’s glasses. She displayed an attitude towards my disapproval of the glasses. Her behavior is UNACCEPTABLE EVERY TIME I go there. She needs to either be retrained in customer service or LET GO!

The team is amazing! The doctor is amazing, he’s kind, he’s gentle, he patient, he’s knowledgeable. I went to see southland for a second opinion. What one doctor told me was nothing he told me it was something and needed to be addressed immediately. He wasn’t afraid to offer a second opinion if I wanted. He shared my results with me, broke them dow to me so I could understand. He cared so much on several appointments offered to see me asap even if that meant double booking himself so we could get ahead of my situation. I can’t thank him and the team enough for supporting me through my trying times. Thank you.

I woke up with pain in my eye. Thought something was in it. Didn't have an appointment but they squeezed me in. Dr. L took care of me. He was great! He preformed some tests & got to the bottom of the problem. Dr L prescribed some drops and it healed quick. Also all the techs & office people are very nice. Going back for glasses!

Unfortunately I have Medicaid and was told this the business was closed yesterday. Optometrist seemed very friendly however the older woman that works there doesn’t seem to want to be there or help anyone. Unfortunately walked away due to her attitude.

I had an appointment this week and was very pleased. Dr Lipschultz was very thorough, and answered all my concerns. The staff was also professional, and made it easy to select my glasses. I have been going here for several years, and I will continue to do so.
