Meh. Not only did my insurance with VSP change which clearly wasn’t the optometrist or his staffs issue but on top of that they forgot to charge me $10 because someone wasn’t paying attention and then made me pay for their mistake to pick up my glasses. Then the clearly inexperienced lady that adjusted my glasses didn’t make sure the nose pieces were even so even AFTER she adjusted them for fit (from 3 feet away across a desk). I still have a pad digging into my nose I’m sure they will be better by next year when I need new glasses but I’ll probably just go to Walmart to get these readjusted by someone who will sit with me and take their time. I’m betting that if Walmart fails to charge me something small and I believe I’m paid in full they a manager would take the loss. That was not an option offered by the office staff. I thought they had decided better of it and to actually take responsibility for THEIR mistake and eat the loss but then I was chased down in the parking lot as I was backing out and leaving that perception changed. Being disabled made the first trip from truck to office a pain in the back and then being directed to get back out of my vehicle and make the short trip back in to the office after being chased down like a shoplifter to pay for the TEN DOLLAR mistake that I DIDN’T MAKE left a really bad taste in my mouth. I’ll be going to Walmart next year i think for the whole thing unless the Walmart Dr. Lady decides to retire like Bost did and yet another new optometrist comes to town. I really try to be overly forgiving when folks are obviously new or it’s a new business. I think I’m not a monster or one of “those people” and at the same time I want what I’m paying for and that has to include excellent service for the premium I paid. After paying over $400 for what cost me $150 last year my patience was gone so I waited to calm down before I wrote this and did not mention it at the time because I was upset and didn’t want to be aggressive in my complaint and hurt someone’s feelings and if me sharing my perversion hurts someone’s feelings I apologize in advance.

I absolutely love and recommend this clinic! Dr Bost is so hands on, so kind and always professional. Moving here I was terrified when it came time to trust someone new with my eye care needs but this has been such an amazing experience each time. Last night my kids broke my glasses and bless their hearts they tried to fix them before I noticed with their kids your, super glue, mod podge and God only knows what else 🫣This clinic fit me in the schedule today(thankful for a cancellation) , and attempted to repair my glasses as well as get me a much needed eye exam. The helpfulness and above and beyond help from the ladies up front to the guy in the back I cannot thank you enough! Without my glasses I can’t see anything it’s all fuzzy, they repaired my glasses as best can and I’m now able to see! Thank you guys so much
Daughter broke glasses during lunch time at school. Needed vision for basketball game at 3pm. They were understanding, helpful and able to work her in. She walked out with “new eyes” and a smile because she was able to make her game. Thank you ALL for being such a caring family place. My whole family will be using this place!
He was my childhood eye doctor. I recently came back to him to get new eye glasses and he hasn't changed in all of these years!! He is very good at his job!! I would highly recommend him!!!!
