I've been moved between a few providers here in the past few years, and am now with Kristin Brown, whom I saw recently. I find her to be very caring and proactive with healthcare. I am happy she is going to get me on the road to better health. The clinic itself is lovely. The front staff is incredible, every time I go in, I'm greeted by smiling faces. It's clean, it's quiet and overall pleasant. I rarely wait long for appointments.

This office is a hit or miss. They have quick appointments and is a clean environment but I’ve been here a couple of trips to get an underlying health issue solved and they haven’t been able to do so. The gynecologist I was seeing there seems to be impatient and had a nonchalant attitude about all the symptoms I was dealing with. It’s also very hard to get a hold of the nurse to ask any questions or get any of my concerns resolved. I leave voicemails none answers them. As far as giving treatment they will do but actually seeming concerned or solving the problem they weren’t able to do so for me.

The staff here is amazing. From the warm greetings from Mrs.Cindy & Mrs.Windy (front office) to the nurses and drs. You will not be disappointed. They are truly a blessing! My kids and i love them.

Amazing staff. One of the most professional, understanding, and helpful healthy connection clinics I've been to. The staff we so polite and was very positive. Dr. Dennis was amazing at explaining things to me and made sure all my concerns were addressed. This makes me wish this was my hometown clinic. 🤣 They are awesome!! These people are great. I love my new doctor Kristen brown in an appropriate way and amount. She's the smartest doctor I ever had. I can tell even after just one visit that I'll never have a better doctor and ill never have one as smart as her if I ever moved. Now its going to be hard for me to move because I found such a wonderful doctor. I might just stay in arkadelphia. Its hard to find a good and smart doctor. Its hard to find one like her. It makes me happy to have such a wonderful doctor that I can go to who will actually help me and actually find out what's wrong with me. All of my other doctors treated me like I was joke and dismissed my symptoms as psychologically charged or I'm just a hypochondriac. Not kristen brown. I think she really cares about her patients and when you find a doctor that genuinely cares. That's the one you hold onto. If they read this. I want Kristen brown to know that its been miserable over the last 6 years going from doctor to doctor. Trying to get one of them to believe me. To listen to me. To want to help me. None of them. 2 tried, but they ultimately failed me in the end. I hope Kristen brown is the one I have been searching for all these years. The one that can finally help me. After my first visit I can tell how smart she is. What's even more impressive is that she's not an md. She's an aprn. That is even more impressive. My other doctors were md and they couldn't help me. Kristen brown actually can and she's not an md. Thank you Kristen brown for being my doctor. Its a relief to have such a good doctor after all these years. I just wanted someone to help me. Someone that cared about her patients and wants to help them. I believe when I met you. I finally found her. So thank you Kristen brown. I hope you get to read this. Being who you are is just as important as what you do for a patient. And you showed me the kind of doctor you are on my first visit. That's why I know I found the right doctor. I can't believe all these years I never knew healthyconnections or Kristen brown. It could've saved me a lot heartache and misery if I just found her first. So anyways choosing Kristen brown is the best decision I ever made. Ill never regret it.
