I recently moved to the southern part of the Phoenix Valley and I needed to get a new eye doctor. As always, I google what I need on Google Maps and pick the best one out of the offerings. I am so glad that I chose Southwestern Eye Center. Dr. Hepworth was quite knowledgeable about the eye symptoms I was experiencing and got me set up to address my eye issues. I chose well when I chose Southwestern Eye Center.
I’ll be looking for a new eye doctor. Scheduled a routine appointment with this place a year ago. Got a reminder text a few days before the appointment. Did the preregistration, confirmed the appointment. While driving to the appointment (only 10 away by this time) the office called to r:/s the appointment for later in the day. I said, no, that I was already on my way there, only 10 minutes away. They explained there was a scheduling conflict and I couldn’t be seen. So screw over the person who had the appointment the longest is the answer? Do yourself a favor and save the headache- find another eye doctor.
I can't say enough about how awesome Southwestern eye care in Casa Grande is!, My cataract surgery went amazing 🙌so.easy, so smooth!!! The recovery. was quick and easy.! But, most importantly I can see, and I do have 2020 vision is what i tested at. the follow-up🙌 I am so thankful!!! The doctors and those who's in the office and the girls helping...everyone so friendly, just the most beautiful experience! No need to feel nervous, They put you at such ease☺️Thank you! God bless each and every one of you.!!! I appreciate you all so much🤗
