Waiting to hear back from the front office, I'll update my review if anything changes: Was just in today for an exam for a new glasses prescription. I was pulled back into a room by one of the staff (didn't get her name), she wasn't super personable but I didn't mind too much. I had to ask her for clarification on a requirement for the glasses exam (they ask that you come in with stable blood sugars, I just needed to know how long they wanted me to be in range before my appointment date, next time I come in). She kept staring at me and repeating the same thing, that my blood sugars need to be "stable" to have an accurate test. I think she got frustrated the more I asked her to clarify. She asked if I wanted to speak to another staff member to clarify. The second lady that came in was more patient, and we sorted out the exam requirements with no issue. They told me I would need to reschedule. The second lady left the room, and the first lady just stood behind me holding the door open, expecting me to leave I think. She didn't say a word to me. I said "have a good day" and she said nothing lol I told the ladies at the front desk about the situation and they were super understanding about it. I'm not sure if I will hear back from the office again, but I'm definitely not going back :( I've had a couple bad experiences here already so it's just not worth the trade-off for me. I really do appreciate the staff members there who were patient with me today and at previous appointments, you're all awesome. I really hope things improve here sometime in the future.

The medical assistants are becoming less and less professional. Last visit she asked why I was there, I told her I needed a surgical eval, she said Dr Jackson doesn't do surgery. I said yes I know but the insurance is asking him to do an eval. She stormed out, I guess to ask someone. She then came back with a serious attitude. Today while the two males were nice, they were scary looking. One had corn rows and was not wearing a uniform. I wasn't sure he was the one who called me back. The next one had multiple facial piercings and tattoos on his neck. I would cross the street if I saw either of them. What happened to professionalism?
Rude rude receptionist and front desk won’t help patients my mom waited to get help for the kiosk mom cant reas or write and Addy and the other gurl hust sat there. As a front office staff member you have to have a smile and welcome and helpful attitude but not these two As an RN i really hate people who only work for a paycheck not with heart. The doctor can be very knowledgeable and professional but if the front desk sucks ot makes the whole office look bad.
Dr Yee was Awesome and the tech that checked my eyes was Great. I had to give them another try, my last appointment, I felt dismissed and seemed like they did not care. Was given drops, I left feeling like I was another patients on an assembly line of patients. no follow up ot anything. So glad I made appointment with Dr Yee!!!
Prompt appointments, easy access and excellent care by Dr. Rollins. Online registration and scanners for DL and insurance card make check-in very easy. The staff at check-out are the best as well.
