I accidently stepped on my glasses and was dreading the cost of having to get a new pair. I took them into Nora and she fixed them for me for free! Awesome! Thank you!

Tried to make an appointment and the lady put me on hold for 6 minutes. Then the phone begin to ring and someone else answered who was from a different department . They had no idea what I wanted and was confused. Then I called again and the same lady who answered before was rude and cut me off when I tried to explain that I was on hold previously. Then she puts me on hold again. I finally hung up. I will take my money else where! Just terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I came in unplanned and was immediately greeted by a lady named Nora. She was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. Definitely coming back!

Nora at the Vision Center took great care of me this morning! My glasses broke right before work and she fixed them in less than 5 minutes and saved me! I tried paying and tipping her and she said no they do it for free! But she was very professional, very helpful, and greatly appreciated! Thanks Nora for going above and beyond today! Aloha!

Recently bought glasses for myself and my husband at the optical center and had a great experience! They had a great selection of frames for super reasonable prices. Used my VSP for one pair of glasses and bought a second pair with a promo 20% discount! Paid less for 2 pairs of glasses than I previously paid for 1 pair last year at another local retailer! Highly recommend! Will continue to shop there for all my family’s eyewear needs!
