I have never even stepped foot into this office, and after my experience with the person answering the front desk phone, I never will. I called with a simple question because I was considering bringing my children here as new patients. Instead of receiving basic customer service, I was met with, “I don’t know, I’m not the doctor,” in a tone that came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending. I fully understand that the receptionist isn’t the doctor—that wasn’t my expectation. My expectation was that she would either try to help, transfer me to someone who could answer, or simply respond with kindness and professionalism. If this is how potential new patients are treated before they even walk through the door, I can’t imagine how existing patients are treated. The front desk is the first impression of your practice, and unfortunately, mine was terrible. Management should seriously address the way patients are spoken to because this interaction alone cost your office new patients. If I could give zero stars I would.
