Excellent customer service and follow-up! Great selection and decent prices! My face is small and I tend to need petite adult eyewear and Walmart Vision never fails to offer a decent selection. I checked out the other locations (5) in Casa Grande and ended up getting 2 pair here. Prices are good, customer service was above and beyond. I went in with a prescription from my personal eye dr, so I did not have an exam here.

I accidently stepped on my glasses and was dreading the cost of having to get a new pair. I took them into Nora and she fixed them for me for free! Awesome! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I came in unplanned and was immediately greeted by a lady named Nora. She was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. Definitely coming back!

Nora at the Vision Center took great care of me this morning! My glasses broke right before work and she fixed them in less than 5 minutes and saved me! I tried paying and tipping her and she said no they do it for free! But she was very professional, very helpful, and greatly appreciated! Thanks Nora for going above and beyond today! Aloha!

Tried to make an appointment and the lady put me on hold for 6 minutes. Then the phone begin to ring and someone else answered who was from a different department . They had no idea what I wanted and was confused. Then I called again and the same lady who answered before was rude and cut me off when I tried to explain that I was on hold previously. Then she puts me on hold again. I finally hung up. I will take my money else where! Just terrible customer service.
