I love the small office, homey atmosphere. Warm and inviting especially the warm and inviting staff. Outstanding! The Dr is super and taught me a lot. The tech, oh she is extraordinary! The prices are too high especially for someone bringing in their own glasses which is why I took away a point. I have to say I will be coming back next year because I dropped in on a cheaper conglomerate in which they use an optometrist via the Telehealth and I can't get with that program.

Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The doctor was informative and very friendly. Optician was knowledgeable and efficient. Didn’t feel like I was at a “sales person” type appointment and I am always thankful for that!
Who knew going to the eye doctor could actually be enjoyable? From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a team that’s friendly, professional, and passionate. A huge shout-out to the general manager, who clearly sets the tone for the entire office. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the patients and her staff, and it shows in every interaction. Running this office is no small feat, but she makes it look effortless. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and never make you feel old for needed to add a bifocal! The staff is kind, efficient, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for an eye doctor’s office where you’ll be treated like family while receiving top-notch care, this is the place. Five stars all the way
First off, thank you so much Andrea for treating us with kindness. It goes farther than you know. However, Amanda, completely humiliated my daughter and I, as the glasses she picked out weren’t covered by her insurance, which that should have been addressed before they let her look at frames for 30 minutes. We find another pair she was okay with after another 30 minutes, a couple who came in started asking questions about us, and she proceeded to share our insurance situation with total strangers, who then decided mock my 7 year old daughter and I as we were scrambling to find another pair. Andrea is the only reason you got stars.
They are professional, patient and understanding. This location is obviously a high volume store with a lot of competition in the area for their same services. They fixed my broken glasses from somewhere else while my new glasses were being made. They did not go for the bucket of gold /price gouge like other very well known companies do. I will return in a year to have my new prescription at that time processed. Give them a try. Thank you.
