I had a great experience visiting this location for the first time. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time and they immediately took me back - no waiting at all. Ani, the employee at the counter, went above and beyond - she deserves a raise!! She did a fantastic job of explaining my insurance benefits to me and how I could utilize them best between both new glasses and new contacts. She was also very patient and helped me pick which glasses to get, as I am very indecisive. During my exam, Dr. Walsh was very attentive and had great beside manner. I will definitely be coming back here for my next appointment. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent experience at every step. Both of the ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional, from greeting to helping choose frame options and going over our benefits. They even went over the detailed receipt when we had an additional question. Most importantly, Dr. Walsh was the best eye doctor that our family has seen in years, perhaps ever! She went above and beyond to explain our eye photos and make sure our prescriptions were just right. We felt very well taken care of. (This has not been our experience at other VisionWorks so want to be sure the staff here at this mall location gets proper kudos!) We came because it’s a preferred office for our insurance but we now look forward to having this be our family’s eye doctor!

I have been going to this Visionworks for three years now. They are very attentive the minute you walk in. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind. She explains everything as she is doing the exam.

Ani was great. This location is great. They have a lot of selections of glasses. I’d recommend everyone to make sure to get Anti-Glare coating.

I was hesitant going to a big company store but this was really a great place! Efficient, friendly, great staff and great doctor who explained everything AND fixed my contacts that’d been off for years! No pressure. I’ll be going back 🙏🌸
