I had an eye exam i. JANUARY. that went ok but the people who were supposed to help me with the glasses acted like they could care less about helping. When my glasses came in I picked them up they said look down, nope they aren't loose and sent me out the door. In 2 weeks I went back and requested to get the lenses switched for the bifocal. Paid the extra money and all. About a month ago I started having issues. I went to another eye dr and had the glass specialist check the rx and it was ok. But they were off by 4mm and that is probably causing the issue by wearing them for 6 months with the lenses wrong. I called today and was told sorry its past the 100 days.... ridiculous!

Mixed experience at this location. I called ahead and was quoted $89 for a basic eye exam needed for my DMV test, but there were some surprises along the way. First, there was confusion at the front desk finding my account — not a great start. Once I got to the exam room, I was told I'd need to pay an extra $39 for eye imaging to avoid dilation, which is fair enough, but that should have been mentioned when I called to book. It felt like an unexpected add-on rather than a choice I could plan for. On the positive side, the technician was genuinely kind and the doctor was great — professional and thorough. They also fit me in quickly, which I appreciated. The lowlight was at checkout. Despite the fact that another front desk employee had already noted I was there solely for a DMV test, a different staff member still pushed night vision driving glasses on me — even after I tested at 20/20. That kind of upselling when it's clearly not relevant leaves a bad taste. Great clinical staff, but the front desk communication and sales pressure need work.

The customer service representative were so disrespectful and I did not feel like they cared whatsoever. I Stopped going here years ago but needed a quick exam And they were the first ones that could fit me in. since Britney (old staff member) left the company everything just went downhill. seems like no one there actually cares. When I said, I just need my prescription and printed out so i could buy glasses online, the lady looked at me and was snarky and rude. And I would not recommend to anybody. The doctor didn’t even tell me her name or check what my birthday is or if I was the right patient. The doctor low-key seemed miserable and Seemed like she was in a rush just to get my exam over with. never going there again

Did not provide me with a pupillary distance measurement AND refused to even let me pay for it unless I also purchased their (overpriced) glasses onsite. Costco measured mine for free. Great business decision to lose a customer over what takes literally 20 seconds.

Khalil was fantastic. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out super fast. I’m also not usually one for small talk, but he got it out of me in a way that felt friendly and wasn’t awkward :) I will definitely return.
