Sowash Optometry Group, P.C.

I have been to this store several times since moving to the area and they have a great selection of food, toys, treats and supplements. However, I do not recommend this store for customer service and assistance in finding what you need. This is a store you go into with knowledge already in your head of what you want and what you need. Each time I have come into the store, I have not been greeted, I have not been checked in on while shopping (sometimes I am in there debating items for a good while and no one says anything to me). While I love the selections that are on offer, I am also a very big believer in customer service. I previously managed my own pet food store and customer service was always the number one priority... especially in a world where we can get whatever we need online. I hate to see physical stores and small business go out of business. Customer service needs to be a bigger focus for this store and its employees. That being said, everyone I have met at the check out counter has been nice and pleasant - but the customer service needs to be on the floor too - not just standing behind a counter.

The young girl that helped with my return was very nice and friendly. SHe also gave me some sample cat food from a different brand to test on my cats.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Store carries brands that you cannot purchase in a super store or warehouse store! Worth stopping by and checking them out!

Both visits to this location was a informative and fun for the kids to pick out some new gear for our pup! The staff was knowledgeable about our breed of dog and pointed us in the right direction for choosing trainers in the area! We’ll be back again to chose more toys and treats!

I have never visited the store before. The gals in the store were professional and friendly! Very attentive. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Wanted a high quality, normal but still unique, dog collar for my 9 month old puppy. Found exactly what I was looking for ~ K9 Explorer Reflective Adjustable dog collar. Solid material and beautiful and strong hardware with an easy side release buckle and leash ring. Purchased the matching leash with a quick release claw-like clasp. Super cool metal color on both products (gunmetal). Won’t fall apart like the other pet stores. A++ all around! 💗
