My husband and I drive from north New Jersey to get our prescription glasses. The office staff is absolutely great and so helpful and friendly. We find our glasses are always perfect for us and we receive them back fairly quickly. The Drs are also wonderful and do not rush through appointment. Thank you for always providing great service and glasses for us.

I have called this place MULTIPLE times, have not answered the phone once. I’ve left a voicemail, call was not returned. I’m confused as to how you make an appointment when the phones aren’t answered.
My first experience here was wonderful. I moved to Queens and recently and went back to this store because of this. Unfortunately, after two attempts with two seperate scripts, both doctors saying my eyes did not change much, the glasses I received are not as good as my last. Ive been told they cant do anything about this as they tried twice already. Im out more than $600 and still don't have glasses that allow me to read clearly. I cant afford another pair of glasses. Sorry I cant give a positive review.
Not capable. They’ve messed up 2 pairs of glasses. One incident was the workers in the office- who you would think know what they are doing.. And the other incident was their lab (not their fault) but the lab let the glasses get sent back to the store when they obviously are messed up (have a large drip of dye in the center of the lense) .. the store fixed it but gave me a hard time about it. They don’t have good customer service. Feels like it’s their first day
After they tried to redo my glasses and prescription 4 times I was offered to redo them again. When I asked the manager to take the defective lenses back and refund me the money she started intimidating me. No human decency whatsoever. The optometrist messed up the prescription, then they messed up my glasses by using cheep off market lenses and then the manager said it is my fault. May happen to you who is reading this. Spare Pair consists of nasty unprofessional people.
