Unfortunately I previously never had a problem with this office before but what happened today is unacceptable. My dad waited over two months for a visit with the "retina specialist " (still don't know his name as he never introduced himself). He needed to be seen by said specialist because at his previous exam was told he needed cataract surgery. Waited for over an hour to be seen only to be told he does not need surgery only a new script for glasses. At his previous exam two months prior he was told that new glasses wouldn't help with his blurry vision, and they would only give a new prescription after surgery. Taking my father elsewhere for a second opinion. From the awful rude front desk to the unhelpful medical staff. The only redeeming employee there was Jose, the medical assistant. He was courteous and professional.
