Dr. Hayden is phenomenal with his work and the staff are wonderful. Super friendly and laid back. They really listen to your concerns and help to find the best resolution. I just had a wonderful experience finding frames with Sheila. She knew what suited me best and was conscious of my budget. Honestly, I've always had great experiences with Specs.
SPECS has been amazing for our family. Dr Hayden helped my son feel completely comfortable as he was having his first eye exam and getting his first glasses. My wife and I also had new exams and got new glasses and they have the most streamlined process I've seen in an optical place. They also delivered our new glasses much faster than expected and their staff is always very friendly, patient and polite.
I have been using Specs for several years now & am always impressed with their service. Dr. Hayden & his team are friendly & professional, & always use the latest technology to ensure a comprehensive eye exam. I always appreciate that they respect their patients time, so there is almost no wait time from check in to appointment. Plus, Specs has a fantastic selection of glasses frames to choose from.
So pleasant, from the second I walked through the door the staff is cheerful, welcoming and professional. Relaxed environment with decent music (not overwhelming). When done with visit I will conclude review. Excellent experience! I am so glad I decided to go to SPECS! Dr. Hayden was awesome! Super nice, answered each question (even those that didn't apply to me)he showed me the inside of my eyes. Explained things to me in detail, and was very pleasant!! Each person I encountered treated me with care, understanding and with a light hearted humor yet were very professional and thorough! The selection of frames was also great! Many styles, price ranges and modern! Thank you to the entire team at SPECS! Dr. Hayden will be my optometrist from now on and I look forward to returning to SPECS!!
I was charged $15 for not having my eyes dilated when I was never even given the option of whether I wanted my eyes dilated or not to avoid the fee. Not very thorough for an eye exam, only a picture of the back of the eye was done, there’s more imaging than just that. I was never told when my next appointment was. Just a horrible experience.
