When we moved from out of state, my husband and I needed to find a new eye doctor. When we found Dr. Rispoli, appointments were made in a very timely manner and our 1st visits were extensive. My husband and I have NEVER received such thorough exams as we have with Specs and Dr. Rispoli. The office is equipped with the latest technologies and has the ability to do additional screening if necessary. We find the care and follow up given by Dr. Kathy and the office staff exceptional. We were blessed to find Specs and are forever patients.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Al Rispoli for more than 20 years. We have always had friendly and high quality service. His care for us as individuals as well as patients makes us look forward to our annual visits. I appreciate his love for keeping up with the latest technology, knowing this means my exams will be as thorough as they can be. There have also been times I've needed visits due to accidents/illness and have never had to wait for an appointment, they fit me in quickly. We would highly recommend Dr. Al.

I'm new to the area and thought that I would try this place since it's so close to my home. I called to make an appointment, and told them I needed a new prescription for contact lenses and glasses since my vision had changed. I was quoted $150.00 for my visit. I thought since this is comparable to other places, I made an appointment. It was $210 for both contact and glasses exam. Didn't find this out until I had to pay/ had already seen the doctor. I got the comparable care at a Walmart eye center than this place and it cost way less. Had I known the price, I would have chosen another place, since I pay out of pocket. - I felt like they were impatient with me towards the end but I was paying for a service so I can see correctly/ resolve my eye problems. I ended up having more questions as soon as I left. -the doctor did call me back to apologize for how crazy it was and fully explained things that I had questions about. Although she explained that it's her preference to make sure contacts fit right, I still don't feel that I should have to come back for a contact lense check. I've never had problems with my contacts after trying them on and I've never experienced this practice at the eye doctors before. With limited time off and their office hours, this is more of an annoyance. -After discussing my concerns with the doctor. I asked for a refund which she gave. I went to another eye doctor who stated my glasses prescription was wrong based on her assessment (like I had stated) before in the past. I felt my concerns were brushed aside. Never again will I go here.
