My daughter's recommended that I go there for my eye exam as they both were quite pleased with their experience. I will say, they weren't wrong in that recommendation. The office is quite impressive, the Eyewear selection is vast & should be able to cater to virtually anyone. From the initial reception & testing to Dr Bovin's exam, I was treated with the utmost courtesy & professionalism.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boivin for over 15 years, but I am disappointed to share that my recent experiences have been negative. I felt that he became arrogant and condescending during my post-exam consultation simply because I chose not to purchase high-priced eyewear and contact lenses from his office. It is not the patient’s responsibility to offset the costs of a large staff or high overhead. I expected a more professional experience given my long history with the practice.

This was my first visit with my 10 year old son and we had a wonderful experience. From the receptionist, technician, physician and optical shop technician...everyone was kind and empathetic. The office was clean and bright. My son was very nervous prior to visiting, but the staffs demeanor towards my son was so compassionate and patient. I am very likely to change over from my current provider to Tiverton Eye Care due to their wonderful professionalism.

I have been going there for many years. I have always been very pleased everyone is great. Dr. Boivin is very thorough .

Love this office. Professional staff and service every time I've gone. Dr Boivin for a few years wrote my yearly prescriptions. Last year he suggested cataract surgery which was successful and leaving my eyes 20/20 now. Four months now with NO glasses or prescription. See you next year :).
