Permanently closed down. What is alarming is that their online appointment system is still active and booking appointments. I tried calling their Richmond office in Staten Island, NY, and it goes straight to someone’s personal voicemail.

Do not waste your time going to this so-called vision center. Not only is the selection of glasses limited, but they seem to be product that have failed to sell in other vision centers. They try to up sell you on every unnecessary eye glass gimmick. I went there for an eye exam and was told that they were running behind. The doctor finally saw me 45 minutes after my scheduled time. I was told that the eye exam was $89.00. When I mentioned that I forgot my coupon and that I would retrieve it, he stated you don't have to. The price was now $49.00. He new damn well they were running a special but was willing to charge me the higher price. The only saving grace was that Dr. Sosis was fantastic. He was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend you get the prescription from Dr. Sosis and go anywhere else for your eye wear.

Had a pleasant experience today with exam and selecting eye glasses. Usually I would hope all went well as on the past the staff was not very friendly and hesitant to answer questions. Today the staff was at peace, kind, and the doctor open to answer most of my questions. I got great glasses for good price. Overall, I am happy I visited today.

I had a pleasant experience at Specs for Less on Route 35 in Keyport, NJ. I needed a prescription filled on a pair of reading glasses so I didn't need to see the eye doctor. Mitch was very helpful and pleasant to work with. My glasses were ready in a week.
