The absolute most kind and caring people I have met in a very long time. Both doctors are incredible and saw me when no one else would. They worked so hard in trying to help me while I didn't have insurance. I would never go anywhere else from this point on-its rare to find such compassion in anyone these days and I will forever be thankful and grateful for the love that they showed me.
Dr. Courtney Bovy goes above and beyond in customer service and patient care. My husband's glasses had a small piece break off so I went to see what warranty options were available. Dr. Bovy swapped the lenses into another frame and said she would deal with the warranty, so my husband wouldn't have to wait on glasses. They are excellent and they will take wonderful care of your eyes. Highly recommend.
Several months ago, I happened to find Spectacles after becoming frustrated with my previous optometrist. From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. Dr. K, her husband, and the staff — especially Kayla — made me feel like I had known them for years. The eye exam Dr. K performed was unlike any I’ve ever had. She was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood the process and results. Since then, I’ve referred my wife to them, and she feels exactly the same way. In fact, she was so impressed that she took a stack of their business cards to hand out at her workplace. Don’t waste your time with outdated optometrists still measuring your eyes with a Sharpie pen. Dr. Bovy and staff provided top notch service during my recent pre and post op eye exams for Lasik. Dr. Bovy took the time to answer all of my questions about my prescription and the procedure I was having, as well as educate me about the eye and all of the options I had for correcting my vision. The staff were friendly and professional and scheduling was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spectacle and I will be returning here for all my future eye care!
