Stopped in for a glasses adjustment, and the optician was great. She took her time, checked how the glasses fit behind my ears, before she took them to the back. After just a few adjustments they were sitting very comfortably. I really appreciated the extra care and attention to detail so I didn’t have to make a trip back. Great service!

Dr. Karen is the absolute best. I recently visited Dr. Karen and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Karen was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood my eye condition and the treatment options available. What impressed me most was how quickly she was able to assess my needs and provide a solution. I left the office feeling reassured and confident in the care I received. If you’re looking for a skilled and efficient eye doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Karen.

I scheduled an eye exam with doctor Karen. I always get anxious when I schedule doctors appointments.They can run long or they can make your wait, not the case at Spectacular Eyewear, I was so impressed even in the busy showroom that everything ran on schedule.I was in, I was out and the doctor did not rush me. Dr Karen answered all my questions, gave me a thorough exam, and recommended eye drops that work even better then the prescription ones I had. Thank you Dr Karen. BTW - the showroom is spectacular, no pun intended. And it's a very convenient location.

i accidentally booked an appointment for a week later but luckily they were quick to help me out regardless the next day. Since my glasses were unfortunately unfixable, they popped my lenses into some new frames and i was in and out in about 10-15 minutes, Great service and very helpful staff. I’m extremely greatful with the service there. ☺️

After some time has passed, I wanted to update my review. Our initial experience had issues, mainly due to unclear communication during the ordering process. We were told one pair would go through insurance and the other would be out-of-pocket, but both were ultimately charged out-of-pocket, which we only realized later when reviewing our credit card charges. This was surprising and should have been explained more clearly upfront. It is possible that this was an individual staff issue or a miscommunication, especially since insurance processing can take time. However, the explanation at the time — including different pickup timelines for the two pairs — led us to reasonably believe that one pair was being processed through insurance. That said, after this, other staff members and the doctor were responsible, professional, and helpful. One pair of glasses was made available sooner, and the overall service during pickup was smooth and courteous. I am updating this to 5 stars because I do not want this experience to overshadow the efforts of the rest of the team, who were clearly committed to providing good service. I hope the store can improve communication and transparency going forward.
