Dr. Kim is extremely unprofessional - she rushed through my first appointment and ignored the additional information and context I provided about my astigmatism, which ultimately resulted in a very clearly incorrect prescription. When I went in for a recheck she rushed even more quickly through the second appointment, blamed me for not providing said previously mentioned context and information, and ultimately told me she had done everything correct and any issues were on my end, not hers. I would have given a slightly higher star rating here because the other staff are very nice and helpful but unfortunately the selection of frames at Spektacles are also very outdated, out-of-fashion, and overpriced, so even if you went in with scrip in hand just for a pair of glasses you'll walk away disappointed. I've since gone to Costco where not only was the optometrist much more patient and helpful, they also identified flaws in the previous scrip and got me a pair of glasses that actually worked.
