I had a great first experience at this office. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The front desk made the chicken process quick and easy in the office itself was very clean and comfortable. The Dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. I really appreciate it how attentive impatient they were especially doing my first appointment. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’m glad I chose this office for my dental care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional team.

Arrived to my appt today without knowing it was cancelled which was frustrating, however the young lady at the front Amber was so nice. She helped me get seen and helped me with the process of getting me on the sliding fee scale, not to mention she did all this while being the only person at the front. thank u amber i will be back
Dr Thomas Pham performed an excellent partial nail avulsion! There was no pain and perfect healing! Dr. Leila Oshman also does amazing work! The very best at this clinic by far!
Best clinic. From Amber at the front desk to the nurse Veronica in the back. They really show compassion for patients and make patients feel confident in their care. Go see these ladies and providers if your wanting a clinic that makes you feel at home
The young lady I talked to was so helpful. My experience in the past with St. hope has not always been pleasant. Sometimes, the lack of compassion by the service people is overwhelming. However, the young lady that helped me this time was knowledgeable, friendly and showed compassion. The first young lady I spoke to I believe she said her name was Karen had not one ounce of empathy. It seemed like I was a bother to her on the phone. Please understand that you guys are dealing with patience, sick people, those who come to you to feel better. I wish most people would take a course on how to be a compassionate person. I was considering changing doctors. However, the young lady that I just dealt with helped me to understand that there are still some people at St.Hope that will not treat you like a number.
